Stacy Barnes, National Sales Manager, recently had the pleasure of giving a flooring seminar at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York to students who are pursuing a Masters in Exhibit Design. For their thesis, the students are required to design an exhibit from the floor up and are judged on their creativity, attention to detail and successfully projecting the theme of the booth. Barnes advised of the importance of choosing the right floor covering and its elemental impact on an exhibit’s design aesthetic.
